@NanoDude05 the easiest way is to download and use Fine Tuner mod and Overload mod. They will not make your creations iOS-incompatible, and will allow you to XML edit in the game editor. Otherwise, you have to access game files and edit values of parts there.
It's rescaling parts, both shape and characteristics (example: Car engine with 5,000hp). You can't rescale the parts on iOS, but you can ask someone with a PC to do it.
