Help! Ship I made keeps tipping over!

2,643 nathanmagnus  7.6 years ago

A boat I made tips over as soon as I load the level, and I've tried everything to removing and adding floats, adjusting buoyancy of the fuselage, propeller speed, you name it. Is there something with the physics I did wrong? PLEASE HELP, I DON'T WANT TO RESTART!!

P.S. it is a big red cargo ship if that helps...

Take out a section of hull add tons of gyros then add section as placing section back doesn't work for of the gyros or set the top two settings of one through to max save as sub then repeat

Add a keel made of a fuselage block weighed down all the way on the bottom. Or add pontoons to the side

So, how does your ship look like?

Remove all the buoyancy from the hull, and find superbuoyant blocks on my ships. They are hidden inside the hull at the waterline, usually coloured red. Put them on your moat in the same manner. Also, make sure the CoM is under water.
