What would happen if 2 users upload the same thing at the same time? Like, if they built the same thing and everything is identical. What then? Would one get the attention and the other one is stiffed? Or would one of them have to be removed by a mod? Then what? One of them ends up with their hard work removed? I'm curious about this.

Well, theres no awnser to your question that is correct, basically it is impossible for two users to make two identical builds by chance. That would be only really possible if they were communicating about it and one of them stole it. Then the other senario of them uploading at the exact same time becomes irrelevant plus very coincidental to happen. So basically if this was possible like you are describing it would have already happened. But it hasn't (or at least to my knowledge) so I doubt it is possible. :P
