If you have a slow pc and a 785 part build perhaps this may work.
Step one: install unity.
Step two: download the Simple continent source code.
Step three; unzip it, it's like 22 gigs unzipped you'll need a hard drive.
Step four: open the project in unity by selecting the unzipped folder by opening project tab.
Step five: click on the Simple continent, go to the mod tools tab to hit save selected scene objects.
Step six: save the mod to any location, the Simpleplanes folder if you want to use it.
wait a few minutes then run simpleplanes and tell me if you framerate improved. It worked for me.
@JMicah4 lul xD
@BirdOfSteel well here's a terrible video
@BirdOfSteel you don't need to use the map, (it takes 8-24 hours to finish) only while unity is working.
@JMicah4 as i sad i also test big creations with parts over 1500 on just a flat empty map because its saves the frame rate but why did you make the post so confusing its easier just download it xD
@BirdOfSteel well youtube ain't working today I don't care if you believe me or not.
@BirdOfSteel if I save and... I will just make a video about it.
@JMicah4 its saving your frame rate because its just one big empty island
@WNP78 @BirdOfSteel when the mod is saving My frame rate on simpleplanes is doubled I'm not trying to advertise anything.
DO THE SAME THING WITH MY MAPS AND YOU WILL GET 300 FPS NO CLICKBAIT NO JOKE 100% REALL AVAIBLE NOW!!!11!1
@WNP78 For me it sounds more like a joke/ad xD
@EliteIndustries1 as far as I can tell this is just a waste of time as you could just download the exported mod. Not sure what the point of it is.
@EliteIndustries1 these are instructions for building and loading the simple continent map, which will just take a while.
step five is not needed. The mod tools are 'unzipped' into your mod source when you import them.
