Now, I know that most people only like downloading planes that look really detailed or really... explosive... but this leaves out the smaller part of the community. When large SimplePlanes users upload planes, nobody pays attention to the creations around theirs, or at least the ones that look the best. For example, my SMA planes. I work very hard to create planes capable of out flying some of the most advanced planes people make, yet barely any attention goes to them. This is even more painful for people with less points because they may have worked three times as hard as any of us and gotten no attention on their planes. It would be great if everyone got the same amount of attention on tech simpleplanes website and everyone was able to see if detail was really everything.
I'm gonna be blunt here: your planes suck. They lack the creative flair that makes good planes great, they have a very lazy feeling construction and performance is sub par for fighters. So ya, quit complaining. I already here you saying "well im on ios SOO!!1!!!111!1". That doesnt mean anything, some of the praised personalities on the website play on ios. So as the scout from tf2 would say: "Deal wid it!"
Trust me, I felt the same way. Youll just have to keep posting till it sticks and get hundreds of downloads and five upvotes. Then come back to do it again. Rinse and repeat. Try going to the forums, chat with other users, make friends. Thats what I did after I had a meltdown on here and was banned for a week. Came back and went on a new tack of simply enjoying creating whats in my head and helping out new creators.
I understand that@DeezDucks
It may be true you work very hard on making your planes fly well. But you also have to understand that a majority of the larger users put a lot of effort into making their plane detailed and aesthetically pleasing. It's pretty natural that people look at something that catches their eye, if it looks nice in the thumbnail, people will click on it. It is a bit unfair that users get overlooked, but this is a website and the points are only imaginary. I would find more satisfaction in comments than upvotes. Detail isn't everything but it certainly is a big part.
