Nope, I try very hard to not read anything. In fact, I have a chrome extension that replaces all words in all web pages with cat pictures. Unless the word is cat....then it's replaced with a picture of a tangerine. That way I know where all the cats are. I'm not saying it's a good system.
Just as delphinidae said. The devs do read suggestions, but they be more inclined to read the uservoice site for suggestions.
