We can start on different continents, have a season on the North American one, South American one, etc. it can take place in the real world, same time, you can either fight the law, or defend, and no you can't be a government. The object of the defending side is to spread out, and secure the continent, securing the governments, while the people against the law have to overthrow it. With the law side, you have to keep peace, keep governments running, and abide the law, the people against have to just claim land. You can start out in a area, let's say if I started in Montana like in Far Cry 5, you start out in a area and expand. We may have conquest seasons, where you all are against the law, you can allie with other groups, and take over land. It can be a turned base game or like C&C, depends on what people want. Now back to Law vs Anarchist, if you claim a nation, you can use it, but after you use it, it goes in a cooldown. What do you guys think?
Edit: and yes you have to make WEAPONRY in simpleplanes, or if it exist, you can use that. But if it's in other games, I have to know before hand, so I can confirm it
Should I start a faction roleplay series?

I'd say you'd wait on that idea. Apparently one is happening now, and it's kinda spammy
