There are different sites that allow you to upload files so they can be passed to others when your devices are not turn on [or are not connected to the internet.]
It has been years since I have done so, but I think Google had something for that. We even did collaborations on line.
You just upload and use the url o that as your link... But, the file will have to be set as public for it to work as a link, so watch what you upload.
Speaking of Dragons... The biggest collab. I did was when my X and I maintained documents for an alliance in Dragons of Atlantis.
Lizarddragon, what I see is a broken image link. That suggests that you have the format correct, but the url is inaccessible. Try putting the image on the web somewhere.
