Press tilde ([`] under Esc on the keyboard) and type
Setwindspeed [X] [Y] [Z] whereas
[X] is the X value for the wind
[Y] is the Y value for wind (up/down)
[Z] is the Z value for wind
Negative integer for opposing direction
