So, I may have been taking a break due to various factors in my life, but I still have been able to some minimal work on my next map mod.
So, yes, the android beta is open. There is also a beta for "streamlined" versions of the mod (At the moment, there is only a streamlined PC version, but android will have a streamlined version soon). These versions reduce lag at the cost of removing some features of the map, and will be available when the mod is published.
