The Sovet-Awwami war, despite its name, was a war of many nations.
It lasted for two years and and cost the lives of many civilians and Troops. The war began after a dispute when Awwami troops crossed the border and attacked Soviet Troops, killing two. Several days later, the Awwami leader declared Holy war on The New Soviet Federation, and So the Premier Declared war against Awwam, Starting the war. The Indians, The best allies of the NSF were Quick to join the war and opened up a new front in Iran. With most of Awwam's Army fighting in Iran, The Red Army quickly took the rest of Turkey from Awwam, and moved towards Syria and Iraq. Then the unexpected happened. Lanzarria declared war on Awwam. Lanzarrian Troops quickly joined The conflict and added new force on the Indian Front. They also pulled off a daring naval invasion of Awwami occupied Israel. With Awwami Troops stretched thin, the Awwami Sultan asked their ally, Paternia to Help them. The Paternians Ageed and Sent troops over immediately. The Paternians were excellent fighters and and secured victories when they went up against Soviet troops, but were forced to return back home after Soviet Spetsnaz troops captured a Paternian general. The Soviets soon made a Push and soon Baghdad was surrounded. The Battle for Baghdad was the Bloodiest Battle of the War with Awwami Troops Hiding in civilian houses and ambushing Soviet troops. However they were forced to retreat after heavy Soviet artillery leveled parts of the city. However, Armed civilians continued to attack Soviet forces in the city for weeks. With Soviet and Lanzarrian forces marching towards their capital, The Awwami government surrendered. The Soviets Dismantled the Government and Shot the Sultan and his Family. Soon afterwards, there was a victory parade in Moscow In which Soviet troops threw Awwami flags on the ground in front of the Premier, as he Gave a speech. The war is over and cities were in ruin, and land was in new Hands. It was the first time Awwam was destroyed in the RP.
