In the past couple of hours I have made a lot of progress on my MiG-25. The model in particular I'm making is the MiG-25R "Foxbat B", which is the reconnaissance version. I have built the fuselage, cockpit, wings, engine/afterburner assembly and completed some of the main details, such as the aircraft number (25, in this case) and red stars on the wings and vertical stabilisers. At 85,000ft I have reached a Max speed of over 1900mph, which is roughly mach 2.5. Here are some screenshots of my work so far:
Now I just need to add in some small details, and then it will be ready for human consumption.
Man, you got this thing looking real good. Especially the nose and the twin-tail. The time you put out into this thing really shows, awesome work!
I really need some sleep. I've been working at this plane for over six hour straight, it's currently 05:40 in the morning, and I've had no breaks. Arrgghh!
Because it's a Cold War jet, it might need heating up.
