Normally I surf this site on my laptop. If I like a plane I open it in New Tabs. If there are several planes now I just cant upvote them all !! I even cannot upvote 2 planes in a row. Why Do we even need the cool Down?? Please let me know

@F104Deathtrap @TheLatentImage I understand the purpose. My usual habit is that I Download and Test Planes one by one and upvote/comment accordingly. Still, I have to wait at least 7-8 mins to upvote them.
What thelatentimage said. Just clicking up because of a pretty picture totally ignores the effort that goes into handling and performance.
The cool down isn't an issue if you take a few minutes to download and try out the design that the uploader may have put many hours in to. Download, play, vote, repeat. You won't ever run into a cool down if you follow those easy steps.
We need cool down so that people don't spam upvotes.
