Do you have a macOS computer? If you do, press the export button on SP on your iPad and link it to your computer and find the file in there, and move the file to a hard drive and take it to some large library which has 3D printers. Or you can go to the same library and take your iPad there without the hard drive, and the library should have some macOS computers where they'll do the job for you.
Good point. @Tully2001
