I have found a carrier being followed by two destroyers that launch 2 missiles at a time at you like the ice base except has aa guns, I am playing on iOS. spawn at the wright airport final approach and set it to night and you should see something ahead of you. It is easier if you click on air-ground as it will label destroyers. No mods required
If you land at the carrier, you can discover the location and take off from it

This is a well known vessel/fleet, it's been there for over two years, except for the destroyers they came later.
