For the profile pic you will have to make an account to Gravatar, insert the picture there, have the "Show Gravatar" bit in your profile's "Manage Account" place checked and have the same email inserted on to your profile that you created the Gravatar account with. For pictures on forums, here's how I do it: Have an account on imgur, upload the picture there, copy the direct link of the picture and do this
