Has anyone else had a song or songs that made, or almost made them cry? I personally have never cried because of a song, but I have had moments in songs that really hit me hard. You can name, or just link your songs in your comments and explain it and i'll listen to them, and don't be shy, I wont criticize.
I'll start. My top two songs that got rather emotional to me were 1. Cold Missouri Waters, by James Keelaghan (though Cry Cry Cry did a good job too. I recommend the live version for James's) and 2. Powder Monkey, by Schooner Fare. I recommend that if you listen to these, you put on headphones, and listen to them loud. Explanation: Cold Missouri Waters is a very sad song about the Mann Gulch Fire in 1949, and Powder Monkey is about perhaps one of the saddest things I have ever heard of (I think its probably the vocals of the last verse that get me ever time). Thanks for reading, and I cant wait to hear your music!
Sweet, I'll listen to it! @TrainDude
Well thanks for telling me anyways. sometimes if a song is even happy, or not really sad at all, I still get kinda overwhelmed by the power of the instrumentals @Alienbeef0421
I find myself looking the same way at most music. Thanks for commenting. I do agree on Fur Elise, that song has stood oot to me for a long time, but I don't think I've heard the other one @General360
It's a hymn in our church. I won't tell.
Well thanks for sharing! @MechWARRIOR57
