Increase the coefficient for sideways traction on the front tires and increase the load on them. I would recommend moving the engine block closer to the rear axle and adding dead weight to the front. A front spoiler and some vertical stabilizers would help too.

Ya, I like the back-engine look to so I'll try dead weight.
@Dynamiteturtle I went with dead weight on Rally, since i liked the back-engine look. I see that it is popping wheelies, which also confirms my rear-weight suspicions.

I had this problem with my Rally Bombardier and previous versions. It has to do with all your weight currently being in the back of the car.
