Yeah, right after I said that I found a fleet of WW2 Destroyers a bit north of Yeager Airport. Just fly north with a heading of 0 for a minute or so and you'll find them.

The WW2 Destroyer is part of a torpedo mission. Can't find it in sandbox to my knowledge
