the two sabres I posted recently are basically inaccessible to most players, even though neither of them use any new parts they can not be downloaded without the beta, I've re-uploaded the normal sabre but my "Lady Luck" is stuck in the 1.7 beta despite it having 0 new parts, I can't even load it up unless I have the beta installed. But this isn't the only problem, if you start building something with the beta installed it will be locked into the beta version. For example I started to build a Bugatti Veyron (with NO new parts) and I can't access it unless I have the beta but if I post it with the beta installed, then very few people will be able to download it.
@TrainDude Thanks, I've been making entire planes into sub-assemblies
When you newest post gets taken down..
@TheLatentImage oh lol, should I even try to post it again? I feel like if I post it again it's just going to get reported anyway, even without a click bait preview
@TheGuyYouMightKnow I don't believe the moderators removed the upload you're talking about. If an upload recieves a certain number of reports then it will be automatically removed. I was surprised to see it in the mod queue this morning.
Upvotes are upvotes @TheGuyYouMightKnow
@LiamW Yeah it was clickbaity, but it gets upvotes
it was a little clickbaity. Im sure they wont care if you make it less obvious in the preview @TheGuyYouMightKnow
@LiamW No, mods took down the most recent one, I assume it was because used the nose art as the first preview image, even though I had permission to post that.
so that's why its removed. i thought it was another reason ;)
Thats just a drawback of being a beta tester. Go back to 1.6 and wait for the update if it bothers you.
@F104Deathtrap I doubt it, the Lady Luck sabre is identical to my normal sabre except for the nose art, I could load up my art-less sabre without the beta but when I load the Lady Luck I get the update nonsense pop-up. Idk what would've been changed that would make the 40 or so parts that make up the art detrimental to the plane. But the veyron uses shocks so if they changed that then that may be the problem
There were changes to old parts, and the way some things work. Perhaps that is the source of your problem?
