Earlier today, I downloaded a plane with a mod that I didn't have installed. I downloaded another unmodded plane and hit "undo" and it gave me the plane without the mod.
Holy Guacamole! I (sort of) found out a way to download planes with mods!

Yes it downloads the planes but it leaves the mod off.
So that little warning about having mods that you don't own should be adjusted to say you can have the plane but it's not the complete plane.
