I just updated SP, and much be said, the new update is amazing!
I really like all that the devs added, and this new "part transform" (I think it's a built in fine tuner) part is awesome! As you can see, the props are at angle made using the tool.
I also love the ability to scale fuselages even further, but I think maybe it could be increased from 10 to 15 or something.. idk. But I like it.
The new weapons are also really nice, and I just adore the new additions! The damage model is absolutely awesome.
Anyways, here's some screenshots I took.
This is my first 1.7 plane.
Here you can see da artillery - Boom 25/50s, Two Cleavers, Torpedos, and countermeasures. All are awesome weapons!
And here is a pic of the new explosions.
But if there's anything I love more, it's the new damage effects. I'm in awe.

@Jasperjl select a part, and then an icon with a arrow will come up on the right. Click it, and at the top if something that looks like a gear. That's part transform.
Where can I find the part transform?

The first 1.7 plane I made took about 30 minutes, the second 45. Once I get into the hang of things though I'll probably spend hours building .
I've built my best plane in about 2 hours, and it's due to the newly added in-game finer tuner

@DisferGoatz lol, i tested my most recent lane which is super rugged, it was able to tank about 15 well placed bursts from a zero and 109 but the moment I spawn in my P-47 my plane gets vaporized in less than 1 millisecond XD

Try spawning in a P-47 set to aggressive and see how long you plane lasts XD
