For some reason I can't post or download planes because it says verifie internet connection, when I do my internet is fine and I can play other online games. Ideas anyone???

@fishheads88 If you were able to copy your aircraft design *.xml files to your computer, then you can uninstall and re-install, and then copy the files back into the SimplePlanes folder on your device.
@AndrewGarrison how do I get the files out once I have them in the computer.
@fishheads88 Yes, you would lose your saves. If you can, try backing your saved airplanes up to a PC. You can find instructions here.

@AndrewGarrison I’m on a kindle fire and I got my game off of amazon. Exception?
What device are you using? What OS? What app store did you get the game from? If you are on Windows, the Firewall might be blocking SimplePlanes. You'll need to add an exception for SimplePlanes.exe.
