Glitch Report!

When dogfighting, if you detach a part of your plane (eg. custom missile, supply package), then the game will say you have been “critically damaged”, even though those parts haven’t been destroyed.

As far as I know, the devs haven’t done anything to change the way the damage system works. The only way to solve this would be to contact them again and ask for a fix.

Hello. I’m revisiting this problem because I’m trying to make a parasite plane. But when an enemy comes near and I detach, it thinks I’m dead and proceeds to fly away. Could you PLEASE fix this problem? I would like to make a cinematic showing my creation l made.

Thanks for the bug report. Would it be possible for you to make an airplane that demonstrates the problem? It makes our lives so much easier to have a test case so we can easily repro the problem.

Yes, but they didn’t break (they were supply packages with parachutes, I was doing a kind of role play thing with the Savior plane) @F4f879

None of those parts went into the water though. @F4f879

I think it's because the part that you dropped hits the ground/goes into the water, so if that part is critically damaged then it will say you are critically damaged.
Not a bug I think, but annoying nonetheless

Another glitch is that sometimes the original 3 missles,Inferno,Guardian, and Intersepter sometimes disappear,so I don't know whether if they were deleted or kept(hopefully kept).
