I downloaded a workshop map of the world and I don't know how to actually make it select that world. I haven't played SP for like 7 months and I only have 44 hours in the game anyway so I'm pretty useless with the game. If I could get some help with this I'd be thankful.

Workshop is not a map. It's an editor plugin. It appears where you are building when the mod is active.
@Henleytheloller It should be a tab under play. On the main menu.
@RailfanEthan and also, I dont know if this has anything to do with much but I got it on the steam workshop.
@RailfanEthan where can I find mod maps?
