In my RC post I mentioned "R.I.P Sputnik". I didn't mean the Little Soviet Space Ball, (L.S.S.B) I meant my duck! Before the summer, I got two Rouen ducklings! Being the nerd I am, I named 'em Hubble, and Sputnik! Well, they were cute, and fluffy, but exactly one week before the start of school (Bloody great start amiright?) poor ol' Sput was killed by a hawk. I was sad yadayadayada, but I needed to take care of Hubble, and the Hawk. I shoved Hubble in our garage, and grabbed my BB gun. I took a shot, and either hit the Hawk, or hit the wood he was standing on, because he jumped and flew away. You can't have one duck, so we gave Hubble to my aunt, where he lived happily with here geese. All of this happened, I'm not lying for attention, I just had a story I wanted to tell. I'm over it now, and is kind of an inside joke amongst my group of friends. So, yep. I'm building a new enclosure over the winter so that we can safely have some ducks.
I don't know why I posted this, but maybe other people have ducks, or chickens?

OMG that is such a good advertising tactic. It would be amazing to find that store and say “I saw your ad” and they say “where?” Then you could tell them “by the homeless man”. @MrTyTheGreat
@Awsomur This was a while ago, but one time, my dad and I were driving around, and we saw a homeless man sleeping in a shopping cart. Woven in between the bars on the cart was a sign advertisement for discounted carpet. My first thought was, "He's probably getting payed to do that." Followed by "They're not getting their money's worth." But I quickly realized that, "He's probably underpaid!" Not many people have seen this, but I can tell you for a fact, it is EXTREMELY hard to forget seeing a homeless man sleeping in a shopping cart. And to this day, I can still remember that it was discounted carpeting! And that's the story of how I saw the world's smartest advertising genius.

@Awsomur One time, I was on a Boy Scout trip to Canada. It was cold and raining and time to head to the lunch tent. I was in a hurry, and running late, so I just grabbed a vest and ran. When I got there I met a particularly large man who proceeded to drill me on my vest. "So, are ya not prepared, or do ya just want to look like a fool?" I replied with "No, I had a coat, but I-" "So you just want to look like a fool then?" "..."
That was the last time I wore a vest!
