I find it rather annoying. Today I've only spotlighted 2 aeroplanes today because yesterday I spotlighted 3 in the afternoon, and it has been less than 24 hours since I spotlighted them. It would be much better if the spotlight thing rested at midnight instead of waiting 24 hours since you did it. Cuz it says "per day" instead of "in 24 hours" in the rules. It's rather annoying...

You need more spotlights? I rarely use more than two or three a week. Use spotlights for amazing builds by people who have fewer than average followers.

Issue: Midnight is not defined as the same everywhere. It may only satisfy a few time zones only.
