Well, no matter what I do, the aircraft keeps going into a horizontal spin. I tried several very small stabilizers, tried hiding large ones in the fuselage and it does not work.

Is the CoM ahead of the CoL?
i just used like 20 small parallel stabilizers partialy hidden in the fuselage. I remember it being stable, sadly I lost the file
Try and make it so there is more drag at the back than the front.
