I went and looked through every darn mod. it isn't there. you aren't crazy. The creator either... 1. took it down to update it. (But I don't think that that is necessary.) or. 2. the creator deleted their account which deletes all created items.
It is called random planes mod. You could also go into people's profiles click on posts and randomly get their planes. for example
