Hey guys!
I'm not always active on forums but I have an issue I've been trying to deal with. I am trying to recreate vehicles from the game Warzone 2100(only tanks so far), and am trying to design the 90mm "Medium" Cannon. After thorough testing, I found the cannon can't even damage a weak wall. To solve this, I decided to mount a scaled down Boom 250 to the cannon shell.(The shell and launcher are XML modded.) Although the bomb dimensions and mass are scaled down to .05, the explosion is not. I've been trying to find a fix for this. When test firing at close range targets, my Cannon Testbed gets obliterated. The original intent was to have a tiny explosion to add a little 'kick' to the shot.
I am relatively new to XML with Overload so any advice can be helpful. Also, to make sure the sizes are proper: Are the measurements of a fuselage block in meters or feet? That can also help me scale a 90mm cannon right too. If anyone asks, the shell is loosely based off that for the 90mm M1A1, which is 90mm diameter with 600mm length.

@Graingy aight then
@Noname918181 Because I was looking for something and I happened upon someone who's still active (you)
@Graingy why are you tagging me from 4.6 years ago
(Nice coincidence that the comment was 4.6 and the post was 6.4 tho, quite the coincidence)
@Noname918181 I can finally make nukes!
0.24 cant destroy their build.

How u scale bomb?
You can resize bombs @BrendoB47
@RailfanEthan Do you think I could solve this problem by creating a new part? If so, how?
@BrendoB47 nope, impossible
@RailfanEthan Do you know of a way to decrease the explosion size?
@BrendoB47 Size of the bomb itself, yes. If you change the mass to a higher number, it'll do more damage, but the explosion will be the same size.
@RailfanEthan Using Overload, I changed the mass and size scale to .05. Is that considered the same as changing the size?
There is no way to change the size of explosions w/o changing the size of the bomb. The measurements are in meters.
