Banzais’ Recklessness Project Update

15.4k iMxr  7.0 years ago

...

Sorry for the long silence about this project... Multiple disruptive, impending, and unwanted things that have occurred while I’ve been working on this aircraft. Some occurrences include:
-Spazzing
-Improper Roll
-Slow Roll
-Unwanted and Unknown Jamming Of Flaps
-Random Center of Mass shifts in mid flight
-Self Destructing when Pitching
-Rattling

I do -NOT- know when the FINAL version will be out. But I will be giving rough, incomplete, non-flying models of the aircraft...
Preferably 1-3 I will do...

@503rdAirborneSoldier lemme link you to a plane that weighs 25,000 pounds and has almost EQUAL agility.

But that causes less agility. @PyrusEnderhunter

@503rdAirborneSoldier well, for one, I have tested the unlisted post you gave me. And first of all, the plane is too light. It is MUCH too light. When I mean light, I mean merely the weight of a Ford pickup truck light—this is NOT okay. Even if the weapons are zero mass, physics will still cause a shift in the center of mass.

CoM shifts are usually caused by payload release or fuel consumption.
