SimpleRockets 2 is coming soon, and now with two games about aerospace, I think it’s time for Jundroo to try something new.
Ladies and gentlemen,
SimpleTrains
SimpleTrains would feature:
Train Parts:
Hundreds of wheels, panels, steam chutes, fireboxes, engines, weapons, decals and the like. Different types of default cargo and an infinite amount of allowed cars.
Realistic driving:
With steams, firebox temperatures must be controlled, otherwise the train will explode. You must refuel coal and water. Diesels also require, obviously, diesel fuel. Maglevs can have all sorts of terrible malfunctions, including magnet failure. Hyperloops are computer controlled, but even a tiny piece of debri can cause a catastrophe. Switch controls can fail, requiring you to stop your train before a disaster strikes.
Modern and olden eras:
A modern era with realistic cities and roads, along with diesels, maglevs and even a Hyperloop. Olden era with Wild West towns and train robbers. Plus, a WWII era with ammunition transports and a Gustav rail gun.
Campaign mode with 100+ missions:
Become a train conductor and deleiver passengers and cargo to the 20+ towns in the game. Plus, special missions with trian robbers, in climate weather, hijacking and more.
Towns:
Towns would feature train stops, marketplaces, skyscrapers (depending on the size/era).
Inbuilt map/mod support:
Maps are essential to this idea because the same tracks over and over again would get redundant. Plus, inbuilt modding creation and downloading would spark a whole new type of play.
Starting price: $20 on PC/Mac, $5 on iOS/Android.
Now you’re asking: is this a legit proposal? Well, it’s more of a concept than a fully-fledged plan, but I think we could see something like this in the future.
-The Awsomur
O well that is still enough to buy with a 5$ gift card so okie @Awsomur
They have stated it will cost $5 like SimplePlanes.
@Simplepugs
99¢*
No, let’s make it cost 15€ like they said it will. 4.30€ on mobile.
@Simplepugs
Well let’s just settle this debate and make it cost 99€
Kwebbleklop,jelly(sorry if I spelled it wrong but im subbed to them)(I’m Prescott Peckham on YouTube) along with frantic manny
Besides Jacksepticeye (who no longer showcases the game), the YouTubers you speak of aren’t really famous or noteworthy. Even if they were, the game needs to be paid.
@Simplepugs
Did u forget about famous you tubers that sponsor it@Awsomur
Amazing: every word of what you just said is wrong. I most certainly know how buisness works, and I know that Jundroo can not possibly make money off of SimplePlanes forever. Also, even though SimplePlanes is their most popular game, they are by no means famous in the gaming world. They have to make money off of SimpleRockets2.
@Simplepugs
Their already famous for SimplePlanes @Awsomur
U don’t know how businesses work @Awsomur
How would Jundroo make any money? They have families to feed and bills to pay. It’s very selfish of you to want the works of their labor for free.
@Simplepugs
I think it should be free
...
@Benkelmans
XD
@dootdootbananabus
@Awsomur I would xml infinite coal/water/diesel/fuel/whatever and make a 4-4-4-6-6-14-14-14-14-6-6-4-4-4 steam locomotive
It seems you are correct. The price has changed since I last checked.
.
But still, this would have Steam workshop support, bigger maps, etc. So it would make sense for it to be slightly more expensive than SimplePlanes.
@DarthAbhinav
That’s how much SimplePlanes costs. So it makes sense. @DarthAbhinav
@FlyingThings yeah
@Fjorge wait what!?
SimpleRobots is real... I actually asked Andrew on Steam to bring it back lol @FlyingThings
You mean SimpleVehicles? @Awsomur
Eventually, when computers and mobile devices are powerful enough, we will see SimplePlanes, SimpleRockets, SimpleTrains, etc. all together in one game. @QingyuZhou
Not a bad idea. @Thefalloutplayr
