Not good. My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 I JUST got won't turn on! Charging doesn't work, force reboot doesn't work, reboot doesn't work, and it just simply, stopped and the screen went black, so can someone help me, please? I tried talking to Samsung people, they said to take it to a service center, but with my family's experience with Samsung phones, that's not happening.

Also, how do I add a permalink in a comment, because it just reloads the page with no permalink.
