From what I can tell, Andrew Garrison is actually the only one who does stuff for SP, SR 2, etc. (And doesn't sleep, that's important to note)
All the other devs aren't actually devs, and are just around to use as scapegoats if something goes horribly wrong.

You can look on Jundroo's website. Each Dev has a description. Some are music people, others are programmers, etc..
