Title says it all. I really have no clue what its all about. Is it only an American thing? Because I'm not American, so maybe I have an excuse for not knowing ='D. Can someone explain it tho?

That works for butterflies, too. Don't want to discriminate against them.

Net Neutrality is what you have when the net catches all fish equally, with no discrimination as to species or size.
(Sorry, I just had to say it.)

Yes. It’s a policy the Obama Administration put in place, and they obviously didn’t control the world so it’s only in the US@Gravity

Sort of correct. Net neutrality prohibits service providers from slowing down sites and content, and mandates that all sites have the same accessibility. Without net neutrality, service providers (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, Centurylink) can choose what sites get the best access for free, and you can pay to make certain sites faster. You’ll still be able to access all sites, just some not as quickly as others. @AtomicCashew

That depends on what internet provider you have, Comcast/Xfinity said there are not changing anything in terms of internet freedom , so we have freedom to go and visit any website and not be restricted on which ones we can go too and not have to pay for websites@AtomicCashew

Net neutrality is the freedom to go on the Internet on any website without having to pay anything. Such a Google, Safari, Various News Websites, etc. But the bill just passed to repeal that. Meaning we will have to pay for every website we go on.
