Make stuff that is different. Like say, my planatery bombardment cannon.
You know what? Start making high detail non airplane such as cars, trains, boats.
Since you are stuck with low number of parts, I suggest going for advanced sculpting and good performance.

Spend time and effort into making your planes look pleasing to the eye while keeping it simple.
