USS Fletcher Teaser

I’m making a boat now!

(If you’re wondering were the aft is, it’s a seperate build so I can keep my device alive. I’ve tested it’s sea worthiness with the whole thing and it floats fine.)

If you have any suggestions, leave em below!

Oh, so sorry, I misunderstood you. I’d love to see you make a fletcher class Destroyer, there’s only one that I know of on this website, so an extra one would be really neat!

Thank you very much. I can imagine so, the part count of just one half is already at 800, so when I expect to add the rest of the ship I’m looking at around 2000 parts, with the railing most likely taking up a third of all that. @weebabyseamus

This looks amazing! Modeling that thing in maya was challenging due to all the railing, and I had to cut detail due to polygon limits. I cant even imagine doing it in simpleplanes.

It’s a replica ship of the USS Fletcher, hence the name USS Fletcher. It currently sits at around 700 parts, that’s with more stuff though. It’s built to a 1:1 scale as well. I don’t care really if I’ve used too many parts for the railing, that’s just how it is on the real thing. “Not enough detail”, really? It’s a work in progress you know...

And what's the part count of this ship to date? Coz I believe u used too much for rails instead of a deck

Become competent with the part transform tool and you’ll easily be able to build like this. @WaffleCakes

Hmmm, looks like you lost half the boat. Probably going to want to fix that before you go sailing.

There’s around 600~ parts, I’m guessing that this build will be around 1000 to 1500 once everything’s done @BogdanX

You get the link and then put it into this format:

Just with no spaces in between.
