So I just did an experiment concerning jet exhaust. Conclusion: jet exhaust does not affect SP parts. Which is sad because they would be very useful for many things. You can see that GIF of the experiment below:

You could put a gun there and make the velocity 0, the damage 0, make it shoot when you press fire guns, change the size of the bullets, change the impact force and change the color of the bullets and if you want toggle muzzle flash off. the only problem would be the gun noise.
