Can someone help?

6,692 corsair013  7.0 years ago

I am currently building a DC-5, and have the body and tail assembly shape down, but I am having lots of difficulty making the exterior cockpit shape look realistic, or even normal... My version looks like a half circle.

I need the help of an experienced builder who thinks they can help, cause I cannot get this to work, it just keeps looking dorky.

Help

Please

here is a photo of an DC-5 (look at the way the cockpit shapes morphs into the shape of the fuselage. Even I cant make that seemingly simple transition....

@Bubbacrosby123 I think I get the idea, but It would be nice for you to try as well.

Try not to change the actual main fuselage.

I’d make the top of the cockpit out of slices of fusalage running the length of the plane then the windows under that and just a normal nose cone configuration. If this is confusing I’d be glad to try it on your plane to show you.
