I’m having a lot of trouble recently with wings being all, well, wibbly wobbly. My creations are fairly big, and the wings REALLY like to flap as if it was an ornicopter or an autistic bird of some sort. Can someone show me how to stop this issue?

Use structurally wings as much as possible. They are stronger but cannot have control surfaces.
