I don't really know, but you can't build a small but heavy plane or a huge plane that is light, and only idiots will put dead weight on these "cruiser" planes
My by-gone USAF 6682X was literally a missile, give no mistake.
The secret is not only drag but weight. It needs to be light.

No I need a plane with low drag (like, 1000 points) that can go to speed of around 750mph WITHOUT modding

Just ask someone to mod the propellers fuel efficiency
