PC LIFEHACKS [FROM alexchub1]

18.5k alexchub1  6.8 years ago

A lot of people in this community are using PC.
And I think there is a lot of people who came to PC from phone. As I am.

So, let's get to the main theme of the post.

When you first open SP on PC, you can be lost around all those "strange" controls.

I will show you cool lifehacks you can use in SP on PC.

•1. Mouse dogfight controls.

(regualr mouse used)

Sometimes you might be getting lost in the controls in dogfights, here is the solution:

1. Open the "Controls" menu

2. Find the "Mouse as Joystick" and change it's input to Space.

3. Find "Fire Guns" and change it's input to left mouse button (if you are left handed, put it to right).

4. Find "Launch Weapons" and add(!) the mouse button 5 (when you lean the mouse wheel left) (lefthanded-right)

You are now equipped with all dogfight controls! All you now need to do, is to put throttle 100%, tap Space, and control your plane by moving the mouse! Left/Right button to shoot, and lean the mouse wheel Left/Right is launch weapon! Enjoy!

If you have additional questions about this, ask them in comments.

•2 Moving the camera side to side in the game.

It's fairly easy one, all you need to do is:

1. Pause the game.

2. Hide UI (F9).

3. Hold the right mouse button and move it!

•3 Sensitive builds.

1. If you are testing something like a custom cannon, and it doesn't work on all physics types? Try enable SLOW-MO (L) IT'S FREE! ONLY 9.99$(lel).

I hope you enjoyed them, once again, if you have additional questions, write in comments!

Bye!

Plus, my previous mouse gave me hand cramps so I needed something more ergonomic.

Don’t feel bad, I was using $10 mice from Office Depot before that. Besides, it was a gift.

Keep in mind not all mouses have a 4th and 5th button. Heck, some don’t even have a 3rd.
(That being said, my mouse has all that and a second wheel)
