We need them as a default part. Just so you know:
We need them as so many people use them
They are those fuselage pieces rotated 45 degrees around the Z-axis
Making these a vanilla part would mean we could resize them differently to how they can be resized now (width and height are rotated 45 degrees along with the piece)
