Depends on the 3D print software you use.
But most programs will try to make any 3D object hollow, to save on the filament.
I tried printing out one of my planes on a super-small-scale 3D printer I own, but at one point the printing head became loose and crashed into the print, ruining it in the process...
it will probably only print the visible parts, if you nudge in a fuel block in a fuselage completely and then 3d print it it would most likely look like just a fuselage block.
