I was thinking of making a ruling organization that keeps all the nations, organisations, etc in order. The rulers and high officials of each nation, organization will be able to join. If you think I’m talking of something like simplelandia, I’m not. What I mean is not a country, this can keep rules etc in order. If anyone would like to help me with this as I have no knowledge on doing something like this.
