in fact they are the boosters of the rocket the other is belonging to the IPBM (interplanetary balistic missile) have already been tested and have been launched from our base on the moon, of the 15 tests performed only failed two:
1- launch: moon
-ogive present: yes
-error: gps (it left the route) (it crashed in the wrong place)
2- launch: moon
- ogive present: no
-error: left the Earth orbit
