Cheap is not an option. I went halfway and bought a cheap laptop and it barely worked and died in two years. Save up and get a nice one. You will thank yourself in a few years
i got my MSI ge 70 20e for 234$ used with no problems, it can run this game very well but there is no guarante that you will find one for this price because i was very lucky to get that price but if you're good with computers you should try getting a used one and looking if there is a problem with it so that you dont get ripped off.
