does anyone know how to stop wings from fluctuating? It's really bothering me.

here is a structural wing with control surfaces enabled

Take a look at this plane and dissect it to see how I built the wings.
Use a sturucral wing for about half of the entire thing. They’re stronger, but can’t have control surfaces.
