So after a while i have concluded that most people download planes from the steam browser (correct me if im wrong) and not from any other browser.
And also only the mods from the workshop.
Personaly i download planes from edge because it gives you the option to save the file or only open it, that makes it so that all of the planes i download don't get saved and take up space.
Also when downloading mods i just save them and them open them (using edge again)And then open using SimplePlanes [to find the exe just click on the location bar on the top and paste this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimplePlanes
Or if it is on an external harddrive or ssd: E:\Program (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\SimplePlanes
and then click on the executable file. Also make sure to click allways use or whatever because it is a spMod file which you won't use for anything else than to open the game and activate the mod.
I also use edge for most things because it isn't like IE where it was realy slow and didn't look Clean.
But Edge looks Clean and is fast and i can open sites pretty much instantly (depends wifi speed)
And it is just convenient, i never removed it from the toolbar and i never locked chrome on the toolbar so i just use it.
But i do switch to chrome sometimes like when i need to search by image and stuff liek that because it is much more convenient because you can just rightclick and you get way more options and also copy image link or whatever which is useful for uploading Pictures for forums like this:
Thats all for now bye, also i have tried to re-make the tracks on my anti air thingy and it is a pain in the ASS
Also if you dont get it i edited the meme so that the bottom was White so that it looks like it's loading.
@EternalDarkness ooh now i understand what @BaconEggs meant by that but it does select the adress if you do what i said.
I copy the URL and press ctrl+L in the editor. I use Chrome as my primary browser.
@BaconEggs i just press f6 it does the same thing
Edge is so bad
I just copy the 6-character code and do ctrl-L
Doing it in steam overlay is like trying to fly a plane on cans of wd40
