Whenever I have to make words or some kind of design (flags, logos, whatever) I make it as a separate subassembly, that way if I mess up I can reload it, if I want to paste it to both sides I can, put it on multiple planes, whatever.
Usually I start by measuring how wide it needs to be, then make a thin stick of fuselage blocks (one for each letter to attach) , once all the letters are done, I attach an anchor block and save it as an assumbly.
Usually I have twist and nudge the letters around when I stick it to the plane so they dont stick out too far.

I’ll try the whole subassembly thing for both sides, getting the y and z values the same
On pc, you can use a mod called "Fine Tuner" to multi-edit your text in place. However i do not know of a good way of doing it on IOS.
also @RailfanEthan 's works too, that is a more faster way ;-)
Good question, this may need more steps go get it right :
take the logo, attach it to a piece like 0.01 long, save as subassembly, take sub, apply where needed
